Child Development for Kids, Inc. is a non-profit company specializing in providing support and financial help to families seeking child care for their special needs children. CDKids is a recently reconfigured organization starting out with a mission to invest in the care of children with special needs. Families of special needs children deserve having the security that other families have in child care: knowing that their children have the supports they need while parents work, go to school, and carry on the day to day responsibilities of life.
CD Kids administers a “special needs child care scholarship fund” to help parents defray the increased costs of providing child care to special needs children. CDK also proposes to help develop specialized family child care homes where providers will receive increased and targeted training on educating and caring for special needs children. CDK will bring together families that need this specialized care, and child care providers who are qualified to provide this service.

CDKids produces a delicious line of bakery goods to support the scholarships provided for special needs children. Every penny of profit goes directly to the children’s scholarship fund.
